I specialize in working with individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, OCD, substance use, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anger management, impulse control disorders, mood disorders, and coping skills challenges.

My approach

My therapeutic approach draws upon CBT, DBT, Grief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused interventions. I tailor my methods to best serve each client's unique needs.
