My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own life experiences. As someone in recovery, I know firsthand that healing is not linear—but it is possible. This perspective allows me to meet clients with empathy, honesty, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to change.

My goals for you

My goal is to walk beside clients as they rediscover their purpose and emotional balance. Together, we set goals that are both meaningful and attainable, focusing on progress—not perfection—as you move toward a life that feels authentic and whole.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been working (and what hasn’t), and what you hope to gain from our time together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your healing journey.
