My approach to therapy is to provide a safe environment for every person to have a safe space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. I provide individual therapy for adults and minors experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Life transitions, Stress, Self-esteem, and Grief.
My focus
I focus on working with adult individuals and families, including minors 14-17 years of age. I am experienced in working with at-risk youth, survivors of trauma, various life stressors, and relationship issues. I have focused my career on helping individuals alleviate depression, soothe anxiety, and heal traumas.
My approach
My clinical work is informed by, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory. Most importantly, I recognize that every individual is unique, and I am determined to tailor each treatment to meet your personal needs.
