Hi there, I'm Tavleen!

I work primarily with minors and transitional-aged youth who are navigating difficult emotions and life challenges. My goal is to create a safe space where young people feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal.

My focus

I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults dealing with suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, abuse, and trauma. I create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences while receiving tailored interventions.

My approach

I use an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed therapy to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. This allows me to address both immediate concerns and underlying root causes.
