Hi there, I'm Richard!

I have worked with children, couples, and families from many backgrounds via phone, text, and face-to-face. I am well-versed in outpatient, inpatient, field, and crisis as well as acute psychiatric, child protective, veteran, government, school, hospital, hospice, victims of crime, and corporate and private practice settings.

My focus

I have no ideal client. I try my best to be open to all people and their concerns. I make it my priority to learn from all clients and the therapeutic process, as I hope they learn from me well.

My approach

I'm most versed in Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Experiential, Humanistic, Trauma Focused, Attachment-Based, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Narrative, Play, Art, and Strength Based therapies. You'll find me gravitating most strongly to work from Norman Vincent Peale, Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Larry Wilson, and Stephen Covey.
