I am Latina, fluent in Spanish, and have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a history of trauma struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, behavioral issues, and other related concerns.

I feel my approach works well with adolescents and adults. Most of my career has been in the non-profit sector working with individuals with severe mental health and behavioral struggles, such as Major Depression, Bipolar, PTSD, Oppositional Defiance, and Anxiety.

I use a trauma-informed care approach to provide clients with a safe space and guide them through a process of healing. I work with individuals in creating a unique treatment plan that is geared to their needs. I look forward to working with you and being part of your healing journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career in the non-profit sector working with adolescents with high-risk behavior. Through that journey, I found my passion for working with people. I got to experience first-hand the need to address issues at their core.
