I am empathetic and understanding, suspend judgment, and am highly curious about the story a client shares. I hope that you will feel heard, understood, and validated. From that place, we would work to uncover the areas of 'being stuck' through direct communication and feedback both from myself and in return from you the client.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've been a 'people person' since childhood—attuned to other's challenges, felt deep compassion for the plight of others, and wanted to make the world a better place. I ultimately found my calling through the work of counseling and mental health. It's a deep honor and privilege to work in this field and assist others in their growth journey.
