I have 10 years of experience working with children, youth, adolescents, and transitional-aged youth, as well as Veterans and survivors of violence. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, schizophrenia, ADHD, and emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based.

I work with individuals and families, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), Seeking Safety, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and behavioral challenges.

My communication style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to explore their challenges. Sessions are collaborative and engaging, balancing encouragement with practical tools.

I approach goal setting collaboratively with my clients, ensuring that goals are specific, realistic, and aligned with their personal values. We work together to identify both short-term and long-term objectives, and I tailor interventions to help clients take actionable steps toward achieving those goals.
