I work with teens, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and trauma. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused, and Feedback Informed Care, I support clients in making progress and living more fulfilling lives. The goal of therapy is progress, not perfection.
