My communication style

I use a soft tone of voice, and I am assertive. I provide both verbal and non-verbal methods of communication to help clients overcome emotional or psychological distress. I provide a safe space for clients to share their trauma, fear, anxiety, and depression.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been passionate about helping others. I enjoy linking clients to necessary resources to help them meet their current needs, which are causing anxiety or depression. I help others overcome mental health challenges and increase confidence in their lives by empowering them with tools that can help clients live happier, healthier lives.

My goals for you

I assist the client with developing a treatment plan collaboratively with achievable goals. I believe the clients have many strengths that can be enhanced through appropriate goals.

Our first session

During the first initial session, clients can expect to feel comfortable and safe during session. I will review with client's consent for treatment and gather the necessary information from client to begin developing a plan for treatment goals.
