I am a skilled Therapist who enjoys helping people find themselves and make the most out of their lives. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness, Stoic Principles, and Logos Therapy, and understand the mind and body connection.

My focus

I work best with those with Anxiety, Depression, or Addiction issues, but I am trained in Trauma-informed care, which means that I understand how past traumas affect current life experiences and how to deal with them.

My approach

I focus on listening intently to each person's story, noting cognitive traps or unhelpful scripts. I help them recalibrate their perspective to experience life with less pain. I use neuroscience concepts to help people get back on track after illness or extended isolation.

Our first session

We will complete an Assessment and a Treatment Plan. You will have a chance to ask me any questions you have about therapy or tell me about past therapists who helped you. We will talk about holistic methods to improve mental health, as well as opportunities to be referred to a psychiatrist should you need medication management.
