I provide affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples navigating gender and sexual identity exploration or transition, addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and relationship challenges. Using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused and Narrative Therapy, I help clients build resilience and create meaningful change.

In a climate that continually disempowers LGBTQIA+ individuals, especially those identifying as transgender or non-binary, I take a stand that I am here for you. Yes, I also work with cisgender, heterosexual clients, but when I was looking for a therapist, I wanted someone who stood proud in their queerness who isn't afraid to say it. That is me.
