Hi there, I'm Ann!

I can see the potential for true health in every individual and am positive and excited about each client I see. I believe in the power of the mind and the possibilities it holds for transformation and growth.

My focus

I am comfortable with all clients and all dysfunctions and traits. I discovered that this is my true calling, gift, and passion. I love people. I love the way they think and see the world.

My approach

I prefer Psychodynamic Therapy, as this gets quickly to the underlying cause, the real issue blocking us from living to our full potential. Everyone needs to briefly uncover perceptions from the past and recognize how these perceptions can block us from living a balanced life in the present.
