My focus

I primarily work with adults, especially those who have been incarcerated. I work closely with LGBTQ communities, Veterans, and Older Adults. I have experience with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, adverse childhood experiences, and a wide range of mental health concerns.

My approach

I provide individualized therapy utilizing an eclectic style. Most of my work stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, adapting techniques to fit your unique needs and circumstances.

My communication style

I establish trust and rapport where we can be honest with each other, listen, understand, clarify, and validate. As our relationship develops, we explore deeper areas of growth at your pace, working towards achieving your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I served in the military and transitioned out, seeking guidance and resources. I found a veterans resource center motivating, inspiring me to not only help myself but also to help others in need.
