I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I believe in creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change.

I typically work with adults and young adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of my clients are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, patterns in their relationships, or support in managing overwhelming emotions.

I believe that therapy should honor the unique lived experiences of each person, & I work to meet clients where they are while gently helping them move toward greater insight, healing, & self-empowerment.
