My journey to mental healthcare

I've served 21 years in the military with multiple tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. During my tenure in the military, I realized the importance of mental health. There is often a stigma associated with mental health, which prevents people from seeking the assistance needed. Mental health is important and affects people regardless of background.

Goal setting is a collaborative task built on trust. We will work together to set and meet your goals during our therapy sessions.

Our first session

Clients can expect a warm welcome and positive energy. Clients can expect to be heard, and we can start to build a path towards a therapeutic journey. Our first session will be about your goals, expectations, and where you want to be after a few sessions. Most importantly, it's about building trust and our relationship in therapy.
