My name is Adeola Adelabu-Soule and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the San Diego area. I have always had a passion for empowering others. I work with adults and specialize in Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, and Domestic Violence. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral therapy, and Solution Focused therapy to help patients progress with their mental wellness goals.
My approach
I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address distorted thinking, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to address emotional dysregulation, and Solution Focused Therapy to address short-term goals.
My focus
I work with adults providing individual therapy only. I treat the following issues/disorders: Depression, Stress, Domestic Violence, and Anxiety. I do not provide ESA letters nor disability/Leave of absence documentation. I do not treat trauma disorders.

Self-care is one of the most important aspects of mental wellness and we will explore your self-care and potential areas of improvement in addition to your other mental wellness goals.
My goals for you
I am here to help you during your mental wellness journey. I start where you are and go from there. We will work together to develop specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals aka SMART goals.
