I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a passion for empowering others. I work with teens and adults, specializing in Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I utilize CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy to help patients progress with their mental wellness goals.
My focus
I work with teens (ages 16+) and adults, providing individual therapy only. I DO NOT provide Emotional Support Animal letters nor disability/leave of absence documentation.
