My goal for each of my clients is to assist them in recognizing their own strengths and abilities to help them live meaningful lives and reach their full potential. I provide evidence-based treatment to assist clients in addressing their mental health needs.
My focus
I have experience working in several areas of mental health care and specialize in those struggling with serious mental health issues, such as depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, anxiety disorders, substance use, and trauma.
My approach
My approach is client-centered and I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the first step to beginning positive change. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their coping skills and strengths, create insight into their challenges, and reach their goals.
