I work with children, teens, couples, and families who have identified that a change is needed to get back on track to feel better as who they are and want to be again. Often, these are areas such as stress responses, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related experiences.

My approach is client-centered and strength-based. I will meet you with curiosity, compassion, and open-mindedness. I believe in a collaborative approach focused on identifying priorities for desired change and areas for growth and healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I moved into this profession after working in a helping role. I enjoy being of service to others, and this step felt like the next best way to continue in that role—only in a slightly different way.
