I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-worth struggles. Many of my clients are women—often mothers or caregivers—seeking deeper healing, while I also support men exploring emotional availability and personal growth.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from CBT, Person-Centered, Gestalt, Humanistic, and Holistic practices to meet you where you are. My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work by a deep desire to understand healing and connection.
