My name is Aurora Cortes a bilingual Spanish, English-speaking Licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in California and working with clients state-wide via telehealth. I work with adults and adolescents with a variety of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, psychosis, and adjustment disorder.
My approach
Each individual is unique and has unique needs in therapy, therefore, I incorporate an Eclectic Therapy approach from evidence-based modalities that adapts to the unique needs of each individual for an effective treatment plan.
My focus
I have experience working with adults, and teens, in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family conflicts, stress, and other stressors.

I work diligently to provide the best care for clients with professionalism, understanding, and a compassionate approach. Individuals and Families are empowered with essential tools learned in therapy by providing a non-judgmental, and empathetic environment so they can feel relieved and are able to be empowered to deal with the day-to-day challenges.
