Hi there, I'm Ruben!

I am an LCSW. I have been practicing as a therapist in the Southern California area since 2017. I have worked in outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programs, and partial hospitalization programs. I have experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups in therapy.

My focus

I have focused on working with adolescents and young adults. I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, and adjustment conditions.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach to therapy by incorporating various theoretical models. I also use person-centered therapy to identify the current goals of treatment and assist in working on the here and now.
