Taking a step to begin therapy is a powerful choice and rarely an easy one. Navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and many more overwhelming things isn't easy, and I want you to know you don't have to carry it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space.

I work with a diverse clientele. My focus when working with you is open communication, a non-judgmental environment, and being supportive. You can find me being flexible, empathetic, compassionate, and working with you to identify tools to support you.
My approach
My approach consists of cognitive-behavioral therapy ( CBT) to support focusing on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also use a psychodynamic approach. Together, we can explore the roots of understanding how your past, upbringing, and learned patterns influence your life today.
