I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California (#116495). I received my Master of Art in psychology, emphasizing multicultural counseling, from the University of the West. My experience includes working with children, families, and adults.
My approach
My treatment approach largely focuses on CBT and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I also believe that the interpersonal process within the therapeutic relationship can aid in the treatment process.

My areas of interest and specialization include Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, and Stress Management. I am passionate about providing culturally competent and collaborative services. I am also passionate about diminishing the stigma surrounding mental health issues and services within my community.
