Hi there, I'm IMARI!

I use a common-sense approach to therapy, as the therapist-client relationship is one of the most important aspects of the transformation experience. My approach is that of a facilitator, empowering you to remember that you are in the driver's seat through your journey for change.

My focus

I work with clients experiencing challenges with life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADD/ADHD, relationship issues, and experiences for historically oppressed populations. I serve adolescents to elders, individuals to couples.

My approach

My approach is based on empowering you via skill-building to promote positive self-transformation. This is achieved with CBT, Mindfulness, and Reality Therapy, empirically based approaches. I use the Gottman Method in serving couples.
