Have you been feeling stuck and struggling to find your 'flow'? I work with young adults from ages 18-35, aiming to get 'unstuck' by managing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions.
My approach
I use various trauma-informed approaches, as well as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you connect childhood patterns to present day. However, I'm an eclectic therapist who can adapt my approach based on your goals and needs, which are my main priorities.
