I provide warm, practical care tailored to you. I meet you where you are, combining CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and family systems with a strengths-based, relational approach. Together, we explore challenges, build skills, and create space for honesty, growth, and even humor along the way.

I balance seriousness with humor (when appropriate), offer gentle challenges when it helps growth, and ensure our conversations feel safe, supportive, and real.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy because I’ve always cared deeply about helping people feel seen, heard, and understood. Growing up as a first-generation Latina, I saw how culture, family, and generational patterns shape our lives. Becoming a provider lets me help others navigate challenges, heal, and grow into the life they want.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by meeting them where they are, setting realistic, meaningful steps, and providing practical tools they can use in daily life. I offer support, gentle challenges, and a safe space to reflect, build skills, and grow, helping clients gain confidence, insight, and independence.

Our first session is about getting to know you and creating a safe, low-pressure space. There’s no rush to share everything. We’ll move at your pace, talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and I’ll explain my approach and answer any questions along the way.
