Hi there, I'm Nidia!

My name is Nidia Hernandez, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical experience. My specialties include supporting and alleviating symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress through trauma and culturally informed lens. I strive to support individuals meet their healing goals that meet their unique quality of life needs.

My approach

My approach is client-centered. I aim to support individuals living with personal and professional barriers impacting their well-being. I utilize a strengths-based, goal-oriented approach to support your client-identified and led treatment goals.

My focus

In my clinical practice, I support issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, emerging adulthood transitions, intergenerational trauma, past trauma histories, systemic oppression, and burnout. Some issues can impact our ability to reach our potential to live a fulfilling and enriching life. You are not alone, and together we can support your healing journey.
