My therapeutic focus is driven by the utilization of various techniques and coping skills stemming from evidence-based practices Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, and Behavior Coaching.

My goal is to help you learn more about yourself, find the inner strength to make difficult changes, and be more present. I offer a blend of talk therapy with visualization and mindfulness approaches. I have helped many clients recover from difficult life challenges to live more productive and fulfilling lives. Therapy is more than just working through the problems that are in front of us, it involves learning about ourselves, clarifying our values, and developing the courage to make difficult changes.
My communication style
I create a comfortable counseling environment where patients can relax; grab coffee and snacks. My goal is to create a suitable space that encourages trust, make patients feel at ease, and creates an environment where it is possible to open up about thoughts or emotions.
My journey to mental healthcare
What attracted me to a career as a therapist was the opportunity to help people move past and process their concerns. I have also processed my own battles and can relate, and show compassion, empathy, support, and care for other people.
