My communication style

A comforting, safe, non-judgmental place where they feel valued. I recognize how difficult it can be to ask for help from a stranger, so I want to project a warm atmosphere where the session is all about them.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have known from an early age that I wanted to be a therapist. Therapy has helped me in my journey through life at various times, and I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from therapy if the match is right. To have someone allow you into their life and share their struggles to heal is a gift.

My goals for you

This is definitely a collaborative process that is a work in progress. Goals can be changed and updated as the client moves through treatment.

Our first session

This is such an important first step that I do not take for granted. Deciding to seek treatment can be filled with many mixed emotions, and I am here to meet you where you are at, without judgment, and provide an opportunity for you to develop goals you want to work on while getting to know each other.
