My therapy style is warm and interactive. My approach combines mindfulness, CBT, ACT, humanistic, client-centered, and Solution-focused therapy. I believe each client is different and therefore employs an eclectic approach based on a client's issues, expectations, and unique specific goals. I work with individuals, couples, and minors aged 13-17. I have experience helping clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD, ADHD, addiction, alcohol use, anger management, antisocial personality, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, chronic illness, codependency, coping skills, cultural stress, divorce, domestic violence, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, emotional disturbance, family conflict, grief, hoarding, impulsivity, impulse control disorders, job stress, mood disorders, self-esteem, self-harming, thought disorders, trauma and PTSD, weight loss, women's issues, and child abuse or neglect.

I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My cultural background adds to my understanding of clients' cultural upbringing.
