My focus
I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, and also work with individuals navigating trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, chronic illness, and life transitions. My clients are typically young adults seeking deeper healing and reconnection with themselves.
My approach
My approach to therapy is compassion-based and client-centered, with exploration, processing, and depth at the forefront of what I do, while also interweaving skills-based approaches. My most common modalities are attachment and trauma-focused, family systems-based, and solution-focused, as well as utilizing DBT, CBT, and mindfulness.
