My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career in community mental health, where I developed essential skills in building trust and understanding with diverse client backgrounds. This foundational experience led me to focus on addiction and compulsive sexual behavior. Throughout my journey, my true passion has been working with relationships of all kinds.

In my practice, I prioritize collaboration with clients to establish clear treatment goals tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. During our sessions, we openly discuss what you want to work on, setting specific, achievable objectives that we can regularly review.

Our first session

In our first session, we will focus on building rapport and establishing a strong therapeutic alliance. We'll conduct an intake to explore your family of origin and gather important background information. Together, we'll identify your presenting concerns and begin to clarify your needs. We will also discuss initial treatment goals.
