Hi there, I'm Harry!

Are you searching for a purpose? Trying to make sense of things lately? Feel more connected? More confident in who you are? I’d like to offer myself as a companion for your journey towards the life you want.

My focus

I work well with adults and young adults who struggle to fit themselves into a society that wants to suppress different parts of us, including and especially people of color, Asian Americans, 2nd-generation Americans, and anyone who identifies as queer, non-binary, gender expansive, and/or transgender.

My approach

I approach every situation with curiosity and care, to help you see possibilities and choices for yourself. I have been trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, among other frameworks, and I use whatever combination best supports empowerment and healing.
