In today's challenging times, you may have noticed your stress level seems to increase, you're experiencing anxiety and worry more often, or maybe your personal, professional, or relational experiences are leaving you feeling confused, overwhelmed, exhausted, or powerless. With the ever-increasing demands of today's changing world, maybe you've given preference to something besides your mental and emotional wellness. You are not alone, and you don't have to suffer in silence.
My approach
I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience where I work with you to identify new and healthy coping skills for restoring balance and wellness to your life. While providing a safe space, I am here to support you with working on substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships, and self-esteem issues.
My focus
I am willing to see individuals for therapy.
My communication style
I listen closely and provide a safe, non-judgmental space. Together, we'll work collaboratively to identify healthy coping skills and navigate challenges. My communication style is warm, supportive, and focused on helping you find balance and well-being.
My journey to mental healthcare
From January 2016 to January 2019, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at Casa Treatment Center in Pasadena, CA, Twin Town Treatment Centers in Los Alamitos, CA, and The People Concern in Los Angeles, CA. Taking the time and giving attention to working on yourself is worthy of validation.
My goals for you
I am here to offer therapeutic support and guidance in helping you navigate your challenges.
