I work with individuals navigating stress, trauma, and life transitions—especially those within BIPOC communities who may be carrying both personal and generational burdens. Many of my clients are high-functioning yet silently struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, or the challenges of recovery.
My approach
My therapeutic style is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, which helps clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
