I help clients explore foundational experiences and relationships that have shaped them, and that may contribute to present-day difficulties. At the same time, I offer practical and action-oriented skills and exercises to begin making shifts in day-to-day life.

I am willing to see individuals and minors aged 13-17. My specialties include addiction, adolescents/teens, alcohol use, anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, child abuse or neglect, codependency, coping skills, depression, dissociative disorders, drug abuse, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, life transitions, life coaching, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), panic attacks, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum issues, relapse prevention, self-esteem, self-harming, sexual abuse, spirituality, stress, substance use, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, weight loss, and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My clinical hours for licensure spanned from 08/2009 to 09/2012 at Koinonia Group Home in Loomis CA, Lakeside Church in Folsom CA, and Eating Recovery Center of CA in Sacramento CA. I have over 9 years of licensed experience using several research-based techniques. My primary values as a provider are courage, wisdom, and compassion which I seek to hold out for all of my clients to experience and take hold for themselves in their lives.
