I'm a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I work towards creating a space with my clients to address their experiences that have impacted their overall well-being. Through collaboration, I aim to support & assist my clients in moving towards progress - whatever that may look like!

My style has been a good fit for children, teens, and adults who may be dealing with challenges and stressors that impact their overall well-being. I aim to support clients in navigating these experiences through the learning of self-soothing, regulation, and coping skills, as well as tapping into strengths to best support and care for oneself.

My approach is integrative as I understand all clients are different. It is no secret that as therapists we are often seen as the experts; however, I am not the expert - my clients are. My clients are encouraged to share not just their experiences, but also how they have come to understand themselves, others, and the world around them.
