My approach
Overall, my approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I use varying modalities such as Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to fit the need.
My focus
I work with teens, young adults, and families as they navigate through difficulties such as combating trauma, anxiety, depression or other mood disorders, ADHD, family conflict, and issues relating to academic achievement.
My communication style
My style is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative to create a safe space for you to navigate through any difficulties you are experiencing in a way that feels meaningful. I like to incorporate humor and strive to be genuine in all of my interactions.
