I believe in clear, open communication and strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself—because I show up as my authentic self, too. My personality shines through in our sessions; I am warm, direct, and not afraid to bring humor into the work (yes, even some well-placed sarcasm!).

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experience of trauma—a challenge that sparked a deep desire to help others navigate their pain and find healing. Early on, I believed that life would be worth living if I could make a difference in someone else's life. The resilience of my clients continues to inspire me every day.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by combining a structured, insight-oriented approach with a collaborative, client-led process. Drawing from time-limited psychodynamic therapy, I help clients identify and understand recurring patterns in their relationships, emotions, and behaviors—especially those rooted in past experiences.

Our first session

Our first session together is a warm, exploratory conversation where we get to know each other. I’ll ask you some questions about what brings you to therapy and listen as you share your story, including your symptoms and experiences, so we can determine if we’re a good fit.
