My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to helping people and listening to their stories. My fascination with how the mind works deepened through my own growth. I gained experience in psychiatric hospitals, group homes, and residential facilities. Being a therapist is a calling—I'm driven to help people navigate challenges and thrive.

My goals for you

We start by focusing on what you want to achieve, ensuring your goals are meaningful and personal. We break larger goals into small, manageable steps and celebrate even the smallest achievements. You remain in the driver's seat while I guide and support you. We regularly reflect on your progress and adjust our approach as needed.

Our first session

We'll begin with introductions and discuss confidentiality so you feel safe. I'll understand what brought you to therapy and explore your concerns and challenges. We'll engage in a thorough assessment to understand your patterns and the changes you hope to make. The first session creates a foundation of trust and collaboration.
