My communication style is compassionate and direct. I strive to create a welcoming space where you feel heard without judgment and supported without pressure. Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and approachable—I listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect your experiences back with care, honesty, and education.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist consists of various life experiences that aligned to fuel my passion for Social Work. Navigating complex experiences became an area of strength and success. Growing up, I saw firsthand how trauma, cultural expectations, and lack of access to mental health support could impact individuals and families.

My goals for you

Goals are developed collaboratively and based on individual needs. I help clients reach their goals by first creating a shared understanding of what’s important to them—whether it's finding relief from anxiety, healing from past trauma, improving relationships, or building self-confidence. I use evidence-based approaches to guide our work.

Our first session

I create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel safe and seen from the very beginning. In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what’s bringing you to therapy. We'll take time to explore your concerns, discuss your goals, and identify what you hope to gain from our work together.
