My focus

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, postpartum, parenting problems, and career challenges. I also have training and experience in working with clients with trauma.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, and Mindfulness-based practices. Utilizing various strategies, I work to assist clients in developing awareness of their own thoughts and how these thoughts impact feelings and behaviors.

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you. I believe there is no greater honor than hearing one's story. I consider it a privilege to participate in this work and engage in conversations about the human experience.

I work to set goals that come from you, the client. Life experiences and daily stressors can overwhelm us and drown out our own voice. In our work together, we can collaboratively discover what you are seeking and how therapy can assist you in obtaining and living more in line with your goals.
