My communication style

My paramount task is to provide a safe place where you may feel comfortable discussing your concerns. I'm client-centered, meeting you where you're at while providing support, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard.

My journey to mental healthcare

During high school, I became interested in understanding human behavior. Later in life, my own experiences and passion for helping people drew me to social work. I have a strong desire to help people facing challenges that are barriers to enjoying a more fulfilling life.

My goals for you

We will work together to determine your goals and treatment plan. My primary goal is that you will find this therapeutic experience rewarding and insightful, developing skills to apply to life circumstances and live a more fulfilling life.

Our first session

Our initial session involves establishing rapport by getting to know each other. I will want to know what you're experiencing and what brought you into therapy. After that, we will come up with objectives to target for treatment.
