My name is Arely Cholula Bruno, I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work from a collaborative approach to help you discover your strength, and natural resilience to fulfill your dreams, and hopes, reach your goals, and increase your quality of life.
My approach
I offer a safe, comfortable, and trusting space where clients can heal from their past, live in the present moment, and have an outlook toward a future. I encourage clients to explore practical solutions to life challenges by finding a balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. My theoretical approach is Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused. Each intervention is created for each patient.
My focus
I have successfully worked with adults, adolescents, children, and families struggling with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. I have extensive experience in the areas of trauma, mood disorders such as depression, postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, grief, parenting difficulties, domestic violence, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship problems. I also provide a culturally sensitive environment.

I provide a safe, supportive, neutral positive environment where clients can be who they are meant to be. I bring authenticity, openness, and compassion and support you in finding your accountability to make the best choices for you.

Being a psychotherapist is my calling. My passion has always been to help others. As a psychotherapist, it is a privilege to be part of a client’s journey where they can find choices in their challenge, discover their purpose, and take ownership of their story.
