I believe in a supportive and collaborative relationship free of judgment. I enjoy a casual communication style mixed with humor as appropriate, and personalized to your comfort and communication style. I firmly believe in the importance of being genuine at all times.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been interested in human behavior and have pursued a long career to help others. I have worked in the most difficult settings, and I have personally experienced my own challenges, all of which has given me the belief in the power of resilience and healing.

My goals for you

Therapy is a collaborative partnership aimed at helping someone identify and progress toward their goals and aspirations, as well as providing the support they need. I help others to explore and gain personal insight while working to identify and pursue meaningful steps toward recovery and healing.

Our first session

In our first session together we will spend time just getting to know each other. I will guide you in helping me understand your needs and your reasons for therapy, and we will come up with goals for our treatment together. I encourage you to only speak about what you're comfortable with, and I like to give plenty of opportunities for questions.
