Everyone can benefit from connection and support during difficult times. Using a Humanistic, Person-Centered approach, I focus on people’s strengths and their inherent capacity to reach their full potential. Together, we collaborate within a trusting and accepting environment to navigate obstacles that interfere with reaching their goals and obtaining relief from the unrest they are experiencing.

I am driven to do this wonderful work by my passion to understand and appreciate the complexities and uniqueness of individuals and by how privileged I feel to be an integral part of another's personal growth.
My goals for you
I work closely with clients. We set attainable, agreed upon treatment goals, and check in regularly to make necessary adjustments and to review the progress being made.
My first session with you
I provide a comprehensive first session. I balance listening to the clients concerns, history, and needs with the critical task of obtaining pertinent diagnostic information. Then, I check in to see if they feel like it is a good fit, and if they would like to proceed.
