I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Southern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work primarily with individuals and adolescents and specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, and grief, using a psycho-dynamic approach that is tailored to each person’s path.

So far in my career, I have discovered that my style and approach work well for many individuals at any stage of life, from pre-teen to the mature/senior stage of life. I work to help my clients get to where they want to go in their desired areas of healing and individual growth.
My approach
My approach to therapy varies depending on the specific needs of each client I work with. A psycho-dynamic approach can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (for PTSD), to name a few. I like to partner with clients and walk alongside them.
