I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I'm here to guide you on your journey of healing and ignite change in your life. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I'm passionate about helping individuals and families learn new skills to overcome challenges triggered by traumatic experiences.

I support individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of concerns including behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, career challenges, coping skills, depression, divorce, domestic violence, drug abuse, dual diagnosis, family conflict, grief, infidelity, job stress, life transitions, and marital/pre-marital concerns.

I anchor my therapy sessions in a strength-based, harm-reduction approach. My goal is to help you explore the underlying root causes of life stressors and uncover patterns that will equip you with new ways to navigate day-to-day situations.
